The Association was founded on October 28th 1992 by a handfull of people deeply concerned about human rights in general and children’s legal rights (please read: the outrageous lack of same) in particular.

The undersigned, Jørgen Theil, who was the principal organizer, was elected president and his company’s that time address at Klampenborg in Denmark became the registered office.

As time passed the other organizers and members dropped out and it became a practically dormant one-man show to which the undersigned, however, throughout the years officially have been copying most of his documentation that concerns human rights. Said in other words the Association has on record some of the most serious offences against human rights that, practically without exception, all point in the same direction and form a pattern (quite in the same manner that the plots on rough drafts from thousands of navigator’s reckonings, in the days of the voyages of discovery, have emerged into today’s detailed maps).

Based upon the aforementioned ‘Bank of Knowledge and Records’ the Association considers itself the foremost specialist in factual human rights in Denmark; i.e. strictly contrary to the illusory human rights. There are, ofcourse, dozens of lawyors pollinated with billions of stars and highly capable about legal matters, but most people tend to forget who is in charge of the pollination; please refer to yours truly’s book "The Adventure about Zen and The Danish Mafia" ("Eventyret om Zen og Den Danske Mafia" sofar in Danish only) that illustrates how the lawyors, covertly and compulsory, along with the judges apparently are sworn to membership and obedience with the dark forces.

So, roughly speaking, the Association has formulated a ‘manual’ in the behaviour, ambitions, rules, codes, connections etc. etc. of The Danish Mafia’s ‘Legal Division’ for everybody else to see and utilize.

The notorious case named after the undersigned’s vessel, "Fylyppa", that was pirated in Manila Bay by the mortgagee banks in an attempt to coverup their planned insurance fraud and other crimes, is still going on. Thus day by day adding evidence to the fact that when it comes to equality before the law then the big international banks are much more ‘equal’ than their borrowers (please see shares and Lender’s Liability).

The Association has, amongst others, been instrumental in achieving a humble measure of justice in two important cases not related to the Fylyppa-case:

The Association exposed that Denmark’s only pirate (of the ferry boat "Anholt") during the last century, Henry Jorgen Staerke Hansen, had lost the criminal court case against him mainly because of the alleged fact that his defence lawyor collaborated with the prosecution. Having leaned hard on the authorities concerned Saint George eventually succeeded in having the Ministry of Justice appoint an unbiased judge to assist Henry Staerke in getting a new defence lawyor. Who, sadly enough, appeared to be no better than the first one.

A very active member of Saint George, Kenneth Balson of British nationality, assisted Ingrid Prytz, the organist at Ansgarkirken, in healing her son Christian after he was brutally attacked by the police at the notorious ‘free city’ of Christiania. Christian, who on beforehand was a recognized invalid and totally innocent, just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Twice Christian had to undergo surgery and he was, with the legal assistance of Saint George, the first ever to be rewarded a substantial compensation as a result of police brutality.

Saint George has for the past 16 years with constant care (in Danish: "med rettidig omhu") primarily been preparing itself for the future, thus starting today! The Association will now be revitalized in direct proportion to the response to the ongoing projects, new members will be invited and its articles brought up to date; this time in English. Said in other words you, the reader of this web page, may influence the Association’s future life. So, on this 1st day of May 2008, …

...wellcome to the open, free and democratic world of

PS: Many genuinely concerned good people are worried about potential accusations that I, Jorgen Theil, am covertly exploiting the human rights issue for the benefit of the "Fylyppa" case and myself. Which, in all honesty, I cannot totally deny except for the very fact that everything is done openly like I most definitely can distance myself from the word exploiting:

During my 10 years in Japan as a shipowner I became a devoted za-zen practitioner; a skill that I do not only practice during my daily meditations but exercise 24 hours per day, every day in the year. In fact I believe that my calling in life is to prove that each man’s spirit is his best, strongest and most effective tool in life, by far exceeding muscle as well as intellectual power (this is neither a political nor a religious message but is, however, best described in the biblical parable about The Good Samaritan; i.e. it is not what you purport to believe, but what you factually do, that counts). Said in other words: Please judge me on my results.

It is true, and let me be open about it, that I have a vested interest in the "Fylyppa" case; even a big one. Absolutely no doubt about that. This has, however, nothing to do with neither greed or smartness nor revence or crusading. Please let me explain:

It has become an extremely complecated legal pussle, but I am confident that even though the "Fylyppa" case is a generation old my claims are still valid and in force! This I am sure about because even though the statute of limitation most probably may prohibit me from going against the mortgagee banks that pirated my vessel "Fylyppa", I can take legal action against the State of Denmark because her servants (ministers, judges, civil servants etc.), in intentional bad faith (i.e. in illegal compliance with the mortgagee banks’ requests), have committed several miscarriages of justice against me in the "Fylyppa" case. Said in other words: The "Fylyppa" case is my ticket to the courts including, indeed, the Human Rights Court at Strassbourg (as a matter of fact this Court on April 4th 2008 acknowledged receipt and validity of my Complaint dated March 11th 2008 by cataloguing it: Jr. No. 16175/08 Theil against Denmark).

My claims are so big and my opponents so powerfull that although I have the law on my side I have no illusion that a biased judge shall rule in my favour. I am, therefore, seriously planning to convert my claims in the "Fylyppa" case into shares whereby the public shall profit from aiding a just case and, thereby, themselves (this exercise has been done atleast once before; in fact during the Napolean Wars by another Danish shipowner, involving his vessel "Kaninenholmen", when the French Government seized the vessel suspected of hauling contraband from the Dutch colonies. The Danish shipowner brought charges against the French Government and converted his claim into stocks which he issued and, with great success, sold on the Paris Stock Exchange).

Talking about the Dutch colonies in the West Indian I can never forget the true story about a tribe whose greatest delicacy is the fresh and warm brain from a local monkey breed; meaning that the monkey must be captured alive which is done in an extremely ingenious manner:

This monkey loves a special fruit covered with a hard shell at the size of a tennisball. The naitives, therefore, place the fruit in a heavy iron jar that has an opening just big enough to get the fruit through and for the monkey’s hand to dig into it. But once the monkey has grapped the fruit with its hand inside the jar the opening is not big enough to retrieve the hand with the fruit and the monkey does not have the heart to let go of its favourite delicacy. I, yours truly, cannot spare even a bit of whatever is left of my brain which is yours warranty that even my most greedy hand shall be carefully filtered prior to the stock issue.
